      桩基础施工过程中,复杂地层条件引发的相邻地面隆起或沉降问题已成为威胁城市地质安全的重要隐患。针对传统勘查方法在监测方面的不足,本文提出“高密度电法-微动-面波勘探联合物探技术+孔隙水压力动态监测”的综合技术体系,以天津某桩基工程为实例,布设高密度、微动、面波勘探测线各3条,孔隙水压力监测孔5口,通过联合解译得出:(1)联合物探技术和基于多孔孔隙水压力建立监测体系,可识别地下坑塘回填土区域的空间位置,结合孔隙水压力数据的定量分析,揭示地面形变的成因机制,为有效预防和治理地面形变提供依据;(2)综合监测数据,将桩基础施工工艺由静压桩改为钻孔灌注桩,使地面隆起情况得到控制,该技术体系在为城市密集区桩基施工提供了可靠的地质安全保障。

      In the process of pile foundation construction, the problem of adjacent ground uplift or settlement caused by complex stratum conditions has become an important hidden danger threatening urban geological safety. In view of the shortcomings of traditional exploration methods in monitoring, a comprehensive technical system of "Electrical Resistivity Tomography method-microtremor-surface wave exploration combined geophysical prospecting technology and dynamic monitoring of pore water pressure " is proposed. Through a pile foundation project in Tianjin, three Electrical Resistivity Tomography method, microtremor and surface wave exploration lines are laid out, and five pore water pressure monitoring holes are set up. Through joint interpretation, it is concluded that : (1) Combined geophysical prospecting technology and monitoring system based on porous pore water pressure can accurately identify the spatial location of backfill area in underground ponds. (2) Based on the comprehensive monitoring data, the construction technology of pile foundation is changed from static pressure to bored pile, so that the ground uplift is controlled. This technical system provides a reliable geological safety guarantee scheme for pile foundation construction in urban dense areas.
