      本文围绕“双碳”战略目标,系统探讨了地热行业碳资产的概念、效益、挑战与管理路径。首先明确了地热行业碳资产的定义,指出其作为可量化、可交易的碳减排权益,具备稳定可靠、减排效益可预测等优势。通过方法学AM0072,以我国主要沉积盆地为例,分析了地热供暖项目的减排潜力与经济效益,并以天津为例说明地热资源规模化开发的实践意义。研究指出,地热行业碳资产面临方法学研究不完善、监测成本高、复合型人才匮乏、数据管理分散及收益风险错配等挑战。为此,本文提出设立地热碳资产管理部门、构建数字化监测平台、拓展碳金融工具等新路径,以提升地热行业碳资产的管理与市场化水平。未来研究应聚焦于地热行业碳资产方法学开发、监测技术标准化、碳资产金融化机制创新以及跨区域碳资产协同管理模式构建等,以推动地热资源在能源转型中发挥更大作用。

      This paper systematically discusses the concept, benefits, challenges, and management paths for carbon assets in the geothermal industry, considering the "double carbon " strategic goal. Firstly, the definition of carbon assets in the geothermal industry is clarified, and it is noted that, as a quantifiable, tradable carbon-emission-reduction equity, they offer stability, reliability, and predictable emission-reduction benefits. Using the AM0072 methodology, the emission-reduction potential and economic benefits of geothermal heating projects are analyzed, with Tianjin as an example to illustrate the practical significance of large-scale development. The study points out that the carbon assets in the geothermal industry face challenges such as an imperfect methodology, high monitoring costs, a lack of compound talents, scattered data management, and a mismatch between income and risk. To this end, this paper proposes new paths, such as establishing geothermal carbon management departments, building digital monitoring platforms, and expanding carbon financial instruments, to improve the management and marketization of carbon assets in the geothermal industry. Future research should focus on the development of carbon asset methodology in the geothermal industry, the standardization of monitoring technology, the innovation of carbon asset financialization mechanisms, and the construction of a cross-regional carbon asset collaborative management model, to promote geothermal resources playing a greater role in energy transformation.
