      忻州市西部地区属于黄土高原中东部,黄土覆盖厚度大,地质构造强烈,除发育崩塌、滑坡等斜坡类地质灾害,还孕育了大量沟谷泥石流,降雨是诱发泥石流形成的关键因素之一。为进一步研究忻州西部黄土地区沟谷泥石流的形成条件和发育特征,为当地泥石流灾害防治工作提供依据,以忻州市保德县铁匠铺村炭窑沟泥石流为研究对象,采用地面调查、探井等手段查明泥石流的基本特征,并对泥石流的发育条件和特征进行分析,然后开展监测预警设备部署与运行工作,最后选取近3年汛期典型的降雨过程,利用监测数据研究降雨特征参数与泥石流水位的相关关系,最终得到炭窑沟泥石流的水位变化与累计降雨量呈正相关关系,且与河道的泄洪能力、地质环境条件相关,在此基础上提出4种不同预警级别的泥水位阈值,为后续泥石流监测预警工作提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The western area of Xinzhou City is located in the central east Loess Plateau,with a thick loess cover and strong structural movement. Not only slope geological disasters such as collapses and landslides but also debris flows take place here. Rainfall is the key factor inducing the formation of debris flows. Tanyaogou Valley of Tiejiangpu Village in Baode County is chosen as an example to study the formation conditions and development characteristics of debris flow in the westem loess area of Xinzhou and provide the basis for the prevention and control of the local debris flow disasters. Field investigation was conducted, exploratory wells drilled and the development conditions and characteristics of debris flow analyzed. Then the monitoring and early warning equipment were deployed and operated. The correlation between rainfall and other factors in the typical rainfall process during the flood season of recent three years are clarified: water table change of Tanyaogou debris flow is positively correlated with the accumulated rainfall,and the flood discharge capacity of the river channel,and geological conditions. On this basis, four different early warning levels of mud flow water table threshold were proposed,providing a reference for the followup monitoring and early warning of debris flow.
