| 随着经济的发展和人口的增长,人类对水资源的需求量近几十年来猛增,愈来愈多的国家和地区出现水源不足.联合国早在一九七七年二月即向全世界发出警告:"水不久将成为一项严重的社会危机,石油危机之后的下一个危机是水".地球上可供生活、工业和农业之用的水源正在"走向极限".再过二十年,各国都将面临棘手的水源匮缺!迄今已引起国内外专家、水文地质工作者的莫大关注.天津也不例外.本文试图为进一步深入研究天津市地下水资源提供一些参考依据. |

| The author spent four years on investigation on the exploitation of ground water in the coast plain near Tianjin city. The situation has been made clear and a new idea of the elastic compensation mechanism of the deep formation water is put forward Based on this exploitation of the deep formation water and the precaution for preventing subsidence, under groundwater pollution and storm and tide attack are proposed. |
